Year 11 Exam Results 2022

Highest set of results ever, says Principal

There was a great atmosphere at Homewood School & Sixth Form Centre this morning as students arrived to collect their GCSE and Level 2 results and met with staff to celebrate their achievements following the first series of public examinations since the pandemic.

Principal Jeremy Single spoke about how pleased and proud he is with the students’ incredible achievements this year.

Principal Jeremy Single said: “Following all of the challenges and disruptions of the previous few years, I am extremely pleased to report that Homewood School and Sixth Form Centre has achieved its highest set of results ever!  It was such a huge pleasure seeing our Year 11 students in school today and to offer them our congratulations, as well as helping them confirm their future pathways; for the majority, this will be joining Homewood’s very successful Sixth Form Centre.”

“I am so very proud of all of the students’ achievements and very grateful to our staff for the hard work they have put in to achieve this amazing level of success.  I wish all of our Year 11 students the very best of luck for their future studies.  I would also like to thank parents and carers once again for their continued support of the school.”

Amongst the very top performers were: Isabella, who achieved seven grade 9s and two grade 8s, Will, who achieved six grade 9s, one grade 8 and two grades 7s, Erynn, who achieved two grade 9s, four grade 8s and three grade 7s, Daniel, who achieved two grade 9s, four grade 8s and two grade 7s, and Rebecca, who achieved one grade 9, five grade 8s and two grade 7s.
