Key Stage Four
This AQA GCSE Mandarin course is taught over two years with students having three lessons a week and home learning tasks. It covers the following three themes: Identity and Culture: Local, national, international and global areas of interest; Current and Future Study and Employment. Students sit four examinations at the end of year 11, each focusing on one of the four skills: listening, reading, speaking and writing (making up 25% of the qualification each).
