You will be working closely with students aged 13–18 years who have English as an Additional Language (EAL). The successful candidate will be ideally confident to support student learning experiences according to need; this involves working with the classroom teachers to help students with reading, writing, verbal communication and literacy/numeracy. You will be required to prepare, differentiate and translate work to make this accessible for our students.
In return, you will enjoy a unique working environment in the heart of the Weald of Kent, all learning support staff are provided with an ipad and ongoing training and support to help you excel and develop your career. There is an independent nursery based on the school site.
