Robert Crowther visits Homewood

Upcoming Events

On the 20th-21st March the library welcomed author Robert Crowther for a 2 day workshop with all Year 8 students. During these 2 days, Robert demonstrated different pop-up techniques which would help the students to create their own pop-up books on World War I trenches. The students were enthralled by Robert’s work and were able to practise these techniques during each session, with many completing pieces before their session ended. Students will be continuing to use their new knowledge of pop-up to create their final books in their Humanities lessons.
